Joining the lab
Graduate Students
Graduate students who are interested in joining the lab through the Ph.D. or M.A. program in Biology at Syracuse University should contact me directly prior to submitting an application. In your email please: (1) introduce yourself, (2) outline how our research interests overlap, (3) provide some detail about your future career goals, and (4) include a short CV.
As an advisor I will support a range of career goals and interests, so long as there is sufficient overlap with my own (see ‘Research’ page). Before joining Syracuse, I worked in industry as a computational biologist, and will gladly mentor students who are interested in pursuing industry or academic positions.
